They accepted me!
Now all I have to get is 36 points out of 45, one point higher than I was predicted. This should be fun.

Just curious about the cuckoo censorate In china.
![]() 03/12/2015 at 09:37 |

Of course. There is no censorship of Chinese history in Hong Kong, although the Chinese government once tried to install nationalistic education in all local schools. It didn't work.

I take the IB Diploma, which consists of six mandatory subjects graded from Level 1-7. Each subject gets its own individual score and at the end, they are totalled to a maximum of 42. The extra 3 marks come from the Extended Essay, a 4000 word brain melter and the Theory of Knowledge Essay, a 1600 word additional brain melter. The IB is classified as one of the hardest high school qualifications and I had to take it because it was only one of two offered by my school - it was either that or BTEC, which is a more vocational type of course.
NB: I go to an international school. The local system is different and also pretty demanding, but has nowhere the same recognition as the IB.

We're not that liberal, but people do enjoy a good bit of freedom. Crime rates are comparatively low and murder almost never happens, so you would feel safe roaming the streets at night.

Well congrats and thanks for the explanation.
![]() 03/12/2015 at 10:51 |
